After entering into the public service sector in January 2009, I decided to expand my service into the Real Estate market.
I started my career in Real Estate with one of the largest brokerages and moved to a smaller broker before finding my home with Howard Hanna. I've learned that people would rather know that they are the number one priority instead of getting lost within a large brokerage and feeling like they are only a commission.
Honesty, trust, and loyalty are several key qualities needed in a Real Estate Agent, but are sometimes lacking. I strive to provide my client with the most information possible as well as high-class customer service.
I work with a wide variety of lenders who are all well versed in Real Estate and have a great understanding of our current market.

We’re pleased to welcome Gloria Demchuk on to the team! Gloria was once an agent years ago with Nothnagle and has decided to join our team here at Howard Hanna.
Gloria came from Cuba 🇨🇺 at the age of 5 and is proud to be an American. She is Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish and loves switching mid sentence so that her son won’t understand what she’s saying. She is currently an Independent Business Owner and Regional Coordinator with ACN. Gloria has a true passion for helping others and can’t wait to help you in your next transaction!
